Student success
To help you along the intensive boot camp journey, you’ll have a student Success Manager to provide support with pre-launch preparation, trainer management, on-boarding, and classroom coordination. In addition, you have access to a free tutoring network and communication channels to reach out to trainers and tutors when needed. Communication
We believe in communication, and in our boot camps, we use Slack to keep in constant contact. Slack is a great tool that enables students to communicate with their student success manager, their trainer staff, and each other.
Feedback loops
Feedback helps us ensure we are providing the best experience for our students, which is why we have established several feedback loops in our programs. Throughout the experience, the success team administers surveys to record student backgrounds, demographics, goals, and program feedback, in addition to weekly sentiment assessments that enable us to make real-time changes as needed.
Quality assurance
Our programs utilise pioneering technologies to make sure that students are receiving a valuable instructional experience. Classes are recorded and audited for data analysis and quality control, and students have access to class recordings. This has allowed us to oversee the curriculum in real time, providing constructive feedback to our trainer team and a first-rate level of support.
